Customer support is provided by email only: info@lioathletics.nl. The registered legal business name and VAT identification number still require confirmation before sales launch.

02Scope

These terms apply to offers and purchases through the Lio Athletics online store. Nothing excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

03Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display products, sizes, colours, materials and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary with screen settings and lighting. Products must meet applicable legal requirements and conform to the purchase agreement.

04Prices and payments

Consumer prices include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping fees and other mandatory charges are displayed before ordering. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

05Orders and contracts

You receive an order confirmation by email after ordering. The purchase contract is concluded according to the information provided during ordering and applicable law. If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we contact you to discuss a solution. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to cancel an already concluded contract.

06Shipping and delivery

Within the Netherlands, shipping is €6.95 below €75 and free from €75. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after processing and dispatch, unless otherwise stated. Statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

07Withdrawal and returns

Eligible online purchases generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period beginning the day after delivery. Lio Athletics also offers an extended 30-day policy under the Returns & Refund Policy, without replacing or restricting statutory protection.

08Legal guarantee and conformity

Products must conform to the agreement and reasonable expectations under applicable law. Defective or non-conforming goods may qualify for repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination, depending on the circumstances and law. These rights are separate from an additional commercial guarantee.

09Complaints

Email info@lioathletics.nl with your order number and a clear description. We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is needed, we inform you of the expected follow-up timeframe. You retain the right to refer disputes to a competent authority or court.

10Intellectual property

The Lio Athletics name, logos, original designs, text, photography and other protected content belong to their respective rights holders. Commercial use, reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited where applicable intellectual property law so provides.

11Privacy

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

12Liability

Nothing excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where prohibited by law.

13Governing law

Dutch law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in the consumer’s country of residence.
