Depending on your use, we process your name, billing/delivery addresses, email, telephone number where provided, orders, purchased products, payment status, returns and customer-service messages. Technical device/use information and cookie, analytics or marketing data depend on actual services and consent choices.
03Purposes
We process data to fulfil and deliver orders, facilitate payments and refunds, respond to enquiries and complaints, meet legal and tax obligations, protect and maintain the shop, and improve performance or conduct marketing where a valid legal basis and required consent exist. Newsletter signup is confirmed by email; you may unsubscribe at any time.
04Legal bases
Processing relies on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent, depending on the purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
